By accessing or using OnMe, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and OnMe.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account and use OnMe.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate;
• you have the legal right to use any images you upload;
• you are using the Services for lawful purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to:

• keep your login details confidential;
• provide accurate account information;
• notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use OnMe to:

• upload illegal or unlawful content;
• upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
• upload images of minors for virtual try-on;
• attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the AI systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

OnMe uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual styling images.

While we aim to provide high-quality results:

• generated images may not always be accurate;
• clothing fit, colour and appearance may differ from the real product;
• AI-generated outputs should be viewed as visual representations only.

OnMe does not guarantee that every uploaded image can be successfully processed.

Certain features of OnMe require payment.

By purchasing credits or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at checkout.

Credits:

• are non-transferable;
• have no cash value;
• may only be used within OnMe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

OnMe, including its branding, software, designs, user interface, logos and technology, is owned by OnMe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the images you upload.

By uploading images, you grant OnMe permission to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnMe is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, OnMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms;
• misuse the Services;
• create security risks for other users or OnMe.

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users through the website or application.

Your continued use of OnMe after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
